I don't pride myself on my ability to write, although from time to time I have been told otherwise. I'm not trying to write some life changing journal entry here... this is a plain ol' this is where I've been, this is where I'm going to be entry. Here's to hoping I get my thoughts across.
I haven't made a deviation in quite some time. I started working at comcast and had planned to read a book a week and update this once a week. that went for about 5 books and about 7 drawings... I began to realize that if I were to keep up with my plan I would start to kill my social life as well as my sanity.
These things are linked you see... social life = sanity!
But sanity is hardly needed to produce fine art. Anyway... this should be the part where I make the new paragraph since we are getting back to the topic at hand.
I worked the swing shift for the majority of my drawing period, therefore I was in a sleep schedule that I was used to and liked to draw during. I only worked that shift for about a month or more, then it changed to a 7-4. I very much dislike the daytime, I don't get the peace required to draw. So I ended my streak... of 7 drawings... Things just got more hectic from there. Now I just need to get back into the swing of things.
So I don't feel this got things across as best as I wanted to I'm going to cut it short and sum things up here. I want to start drawing more, I will post them since I bought a new scanner. I'm going to start looking for an Art school to attend and would like suggestions so I'm going to hit up the forum(you may be coming here from there if I decided to post there). I'm not constrained to the state at all so all options are open, preferably on a coast. I will be taking art classes at green river, the local community college until I have a sufficient portfolio to get accepted somewhere.
Thats about all I got... now I'm tired and think I'll go start Batman: Year one.
